“The house I just purchased flooded due to some faulty equipment installed by the builder. SERVPRO was called, and they responded quickly to attempt to mitigate the water damage and remove standing water within the home. Jamal and KD were the initial two employees that showed up, and they put in some work! The second day, KD and Ronaldo showed up and put in even more work removing damaged flooring and drywall. Everyone that showed up to work at the house did such a good job. They were very accommodating of furniture that could not be removed from damaged rooms and tried to protect what they could during damage removal. Very friendly and professional all the way around.
