Ken Diepholz Jr.

Ken is the Owner and President of SERVPRO of Crestview, Defuniak Springs, and Chipley. He holds an MBA in Finance along with 25 years of experience in business and wealth management. Ken is also IICRC certified in Water Damage Restoration (WRT). “I believe in investing in people first. If you place the right people in the best place for them to succeed, then the groundwork is already laid. I’m ecstatic to be a part of this amazing team.”  Outside of work, Ken enjoys fishing, golfing, and most importantly being a father to his two daughters – Jessica and Alexandra.

Nikki Dominguez

Nikki is our Director of Operations and Construction  at SERVPRO of Crestview, Defuniak Springs, and Chipley. She joined our staff in 2017 as Office Manager until moving to General Manager in 2021. Nikki is a State of Florida Licensed Mold Remediator and Assesor, IICRC certified in Water Damage Restoration (WRT), Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration Technician (FSRT), Odor Control Terchcnical (OCT),Applied Microbial Remediation (AMRT), and Applied Structural Drying (ASD). She also offers 20 years of business management experience. She is a University of Louisville graduate with a background in Political Science and Computer Information Systems.

John Faulkner

John is our Operations Manager at SERVPRO of Crestview, Defuniak Springs, and Chipley. He has 10+ years of restoration experience and is an IICRC certified water damage restoration technician (WRT). John takes great pride in his work and is adamant on maintaining the SERVPRO Standard of excellence "no matter the circumstance".

Kenneth Sears

Kenneth is the ERP Specialist at SERVPRO of Fort Walton Beach. He has been in the Construction and Restoration fields since 2000. Kenneth is IICRC certified in Water Damage Restoration (WRT) Applied Structural Drying (ASD) Trauma and Crime Scene Technician (TCST) and Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT). Kenneth has supervised Multiple large losses From a Fire Restoration and Clean at Louisiana Tech University Ruston LA, to 8 Story Water Event at St. Vincent Hospital in Little Rock AR.

Tim Roberts

Tim is the Warehouse Manager at SERVPRO of Crestview, Defuniak Springs & Chipley. With years of experience in logistics and management, Tim is a crucial part of our team. As the Warehouse Manager, Tim is responsible for managing the inventory, equipment, and supplies necessary for our restoration and cleaning services. He oversees the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials, ensuring that our team is equipped with everything they need to provide high-quality services to our clients.

She oversees all office operations and ensures that all departments are equipped with what they need to succeed. Job coordination, billing, project scheduling all flows through her.
