Fire Damage – Santa Rosa Beach Home

Fire damage to this Santa Rosa Beach home’s family room was all encompassing. SERVPRO of N. Okaloosa, Walton, Holmes & Washington Counties was called in to clean up the fire damage and rebuild the damaged structure. The cleanup phase was extensive involving tearing out damaged building materials and disposing of them. The second phase involved dealing with the air quality in the home. The lingering smoke odor needed to be treated. SERVPRO has several proprietary methods of eliminating smoke odors and was successful in doing so. Air quality had been monitored throughout the process with high-tech devices. Once they signaled that air quality was acceptable, we began the reconstruction phase of the project.
