Commercial Water Damage to a Hotel Meeting Room

This Santa Rosa Beach had a scheduled convention in several days, and suddenly there was a water line break. The commercial grade carpeting was soaked from the clean water, so contamination was not an issue with quick water extraction. Our SERVPRO crew was there within the hour and started using water pumps and wet-vacs to remove the bulk of the water. With a large team, we relocated the table and chairs to prevent secondary water damage. We isolated the meeting room so that the air movers had a strong circulation and allowed the gel pack dehumidifiers to capture the airborne water molecules with excellent efficiency.
